New Books in 2011!

I'm happy to announce that Feathers: The Evolution of a Natural Miracle is complete and will be published by Basic Books in May. Watch for website updates, and book tours in the spring and fall.

I've also contributed a chapter to a book commemorating the 50th anniversary of the United States Peace Corps. Peace Corps at 50: Stories of Service in Africa, will be released by Travelers' Tales in March.

Finally, several colleagues and I have completed a co-edited volume on the environmental impacts of warfare. Warfare Ecology: A New Synthesis will be published by Springer-Verlag this summer.
